“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

“Ocean Club West var ett toppen hotell med super trevlig personal. Vi bodde i en stor lägenhet med fullt utrustat kök, sköna sängar och stor altan mitt på vackra Grace Bay stranden. Man kan låna kanoter, paddel board och cyklar utan kostnad samt åka shuttle till syster hotellet och fritt använda deras faciliteter. Man har närhet till restauranger, supermarket och shopping. ”

“There are 2 pools. One with warm water and the other with cool water. I loved the heated pool. I liked having a kitchen in our room ”
