“Hotel with very convenient location to Grace Bay Beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Value for money compared to other properties in the area.”

“Very beautiful and peaceful! Staff was very attentive! Restaurant was amazing”

“I love the fact that the studio apartment is at the back and it's very spacious and clean. The decor is also nice. I felt completely at home away from home. Make sure to take all toiletries, snacks, drinks, etc. it's not included, because it's not a hotel. It's the guest responsibility. I'll be back and I'll be recommending to my friends and family. Florence has great communication skills and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. She's a great host. Highly recommended.”

“Älskar detta stället!!! Genuint, fantastiskt läge, underbar restaurang direkt på stranden. Kommer definitivt tillbaka! Mycket mysigare än att bo på en stor resort”

“Most gorgeous beach I’ve ever been on. Lovely hotel and facilities. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I think it fell short with simple amenities that are important to me. There was no water provided in the room and it cost $7 per bottle at the restaurant. The coffee in the room was de-caf only and we went to the desk to ask for some regular and they sent us to the restaurant for that also which cost $6 per cup. We would have liked to brew coffee in our room as a fully equipped room should...

“We fell in love with our 1 week stay at The Tides Grace Bay. Brenda, Joe, Justin and the staff were exceptional. The Tides Hotel met all of our expectations, we were within walking distance to the beach. Brenda the property manager was a delight to get to know during our stay, since they are the ones ensuring our comfort. The people who are ensuring our experience are the ones ensuring things are moving. While your there get to the people and it's land history. The Junkanoo museum was a...

“Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and...

“I absolutely loved my stay at Royal West Indies! The property is beautiful, lush, and so well maintained. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful, and the bartenders were fantastic - especially Gab! I was traveling solo and felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The adults-only pool was gorgeous and such a nice place to relax when I wanted a little break from the beach. My only suggestion would be to offer a simple breakfast option at...

“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”
