“A very nice cabin with excellent amenities. We were impressed with the attention to detail of everything. We found the cabin to be in very good condition and very COMFORTABLE. From the linens to the kitchen utensils, it was well furnished making for a very enjoyable stay. I would have appreciated a grill, but it was not too inconvenient. “Pagosa and the cabin were just perfect. Dinners outside enjoying the sunset and hummingbirds. Very quiet and peaceful! Our family enjoyed the pool table and played mahjong on the patio! The cabin was perfect for adult children! We cooked many meals on the grill and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We will be back! Pagosa has so much to do from golf, to tubing down the river and many great restaurants. Thanks for a great time! ”

“Lovely house. Beautiful view. Fabulous stay. We were 8 college dorm mates, graduated in 1976. Since we are all around 70 the bunk bed was not a good choice for us. Better suited to 4 adults & 4 children. Customer service was great and timely. Earlier and more information on the water would have been helpful. Some don't like the taste of the water. Overall we had a really wonderful stay.”
