It is perfect if you are looking for an escape from the city-- its about a 20 minute drive down a dirt road to the property that's guaranteed to show you all of colorados wildlife (prairie dogs, chipmonks, mule deer, turkey, and a bear were all seen in our stay)! “Enjoyed staying at the Buffalo Run cabin. Access to Chama and the Cumbres train depot is less than 10 minutes. Clean. Saw several deer around the cabin area in early mornings. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials you need. General things like salt, pepper spices and pan spray ,/ olive oil were available for use. The host allowed us to stay an extra day added on to our original dates. Host was very responsive to any text or calls we made for things we may have wanted to know. ...
