“Excellent property. House was clean, well stocked kitchen, gass grill in garden. Clean pool (with cleaning bot) bed was good. We had a baby crib and baby chair. Nice garden and it was very quiet. Huge Leclerc was a 1 minuten drive for shopping. All and all a great place to stay if you like nice and quiet.The only "downside" is that the exterior of the house could use a paint job, but thats all there is to it and it didnt bother us at all.5/5 property.”

“We had a wonderful time living in this house. Two families, 5 adults and 5 children, for ten days. Location is nice, right in the middle of the Champagne district, close to both major and minor Champagne houses in the area. The house is simple but has all the necessary amenities needed. The children much enjoyed the pool available aprox. 350 meters from the house (although not available every day during the visit). There are many different local markets nearby, though the closest supermarket is...

“Wir waren geplagt von den heißesten Tagen des Jahres und konnten uns dank der dicken Mauern des Gebäudes immer in unsere dennoch kühle Unterkunft zurückziehen. Darüber waren wir sehr froh. Die Wohnung ist perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles sauber. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen und beschaulichen Ort am Waldrand. Unsere Vermieterin und die Nachbarschaft sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit., ebenso die Einwohner im Nachbarort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen.”

La gerante a ete tres accueillante et les chambres étaient tres confortables, seul bemol si les toilettes seches n'étaient pas un problème l'absence de porte pour les sanitaires est tres désagréable je vous recommande de mettre a minima un rideau. “Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Champagne und Orten wie Épernay. Rustikales authentisches Landhaus mit Poolspaß für Groß und Klein. Familien sind hier gut aufgehoben. Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang von Madame Robert, obwohl wir früher als erwartet eintrafen. Wer keinen Luxus braucht, kann sich hier wohlfühlen. ”
