“The room was clean and the check-in and location were easy and close to the airport. The walls were paper thin and you could hear every word and sound from the other guests. The people upstairs sounded like they were having a track meet well into the night. I will try a different hotel next time. ”

“Like the title says, the hotel provides good value for your money and the staff are incredibly nice. Only downside was that we found a living ant in the bed just before going to sleep :( ”

“The hotel is clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. It would have been a great stay, but the rooms are incredibly noisy. Every step or movement from the floor above, every door shutting in the hallway, people talking in the parking lot, and cars driving by a busy road all night. I would’ve just run the AC unit fan to drown out the noise, but it was not adjustable and only ran very infrequently. It also costs $10 a day to park your car for some reason. ”

“A lot of the doors looked like the frames have been damaged due to having to force them open. That gave me a bad idea and made me wonder. The latch that stops the door from the inside was really loose and would have stopped it there was a break in. ”

“Airport shuttle 24 hours and parking during my trip made a crazy travel delay work out coming home. The staff are all so very helpful and pleasant too!”

“Slitet och ganska ostädat. Solkiga dörrar, utslitna mattor, fläckar på rentvättade lakan, brännmärken på överkasten. Poolen hade grönt vatten så den vill man inte bada i. Det sitter lappar att de renoverar, ursäkta ev störningar pga detta, men de lapparna har nog suttit länge, de ser slitna ut. Frukosten var ok. ”

“Everything seemed clean and orderly-except for the floors. They really needed a good mopping. But we loved staying at the Imperial. We ended up staying on our way out as well as on our way back. Loved the laundry facility and that it was free to use! We will definitely stay there again!”
