“We asked about laundry at check in and they gave us a room near the laundry facilities. We were there for a boys lacrosse tournament so laundry is critical. They sell laundry detergent on site and Ice maker right near the hallway door made filling water bottles easy. Breakfast open at 6am on weekend super helpful for early tournament games. Seems like they are not only focusing on mid week business travel but also weekend tournament families. ”

“It wasn’t a five star hotel, but it was great for what it was. I felt safe and the bed was super comfortable. The room was neat and not super dirty. The pet fee was the most reasonable (only 25 dollars) and the location was perfect. Super close to everything and surrounded by lots of trees and grass. It was very quiet and calming there. It did smell like smoke outside and near the stairwell, and some things just looked worn and old. But again…it provided a good place for me and my dog to spend...

“Mycket trevligt - appartment-hotell med stora fina rum och pentry. Allting känns fräscht och fint. Frukosten var ok, men lite begränsat i urval. Gratis wifi ett plus. Hotellet ligger i nära anslutning till stora trafikleder så det är lätt att nå och att 'pendla' i närområdet. Ända tyst och lugnt på kvällarna. En enklare restaurang finns om man inte vill äta ute.

“I chose this since it was listed as "close to Dulles international airport" and we were getting in kind of late so it seemed like a good idea.
I also like Holiday Inn in general, they keep a good decent standard to decent prices.
The hotel wasn't what I'd call "close" to the airport, but we had a rental car and they did have a Shuttle so that is forgiven.
The area was more than calm and we didn't hear a peep all night.
It would seem the establishment was aiming for conferences and occasions...

"Mycket serviceminded personal överallt. Riktigt bra rum och badrum, väldigt skön säng, sänglinne och handdukar. Klanderfri städning. Trevlig bar. Saknar miljötänk kring handduksbyten vilket drar ner betyget på det. 10 minuters promenad till närmaste tunnelbanestation. Man befinner sig i en storstad och trafiken hörs väl i rummen mot Thomas circle. Det störde inte oss men ifall man är känslig för sådant är det nog bättre att be om ett rum åt andra hållet. "
"Vi var två vuxna och två tonåringar som bodde i ett executive-rum. Det var välplanerat och välstädat. Bäst var dock det utmärkta läget med bara ett stenkast till Vita huset och alla andra sevärdheter. "
