“Fantastic hotel. 2 stars, perhaps, but 5 star stay and here's why. The staff: polite, friendly and appeared to really enjoy their job and coworkers. They were happy to answer my questions and offer assistance. The property: well kept, clean and safe with plenty of onsite parkingincluding reserved spots for 1st floor suites.. The room: absolutely updated furnishings, clean linens, fresh paint and an updated clean bathroom I wasn't afraid to take a shower in. The TV and internet worked well...

“Staff were helpful and friendly, room was a generous size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was on the dirty side and very dated (toilet barely flushed). The hotel offered no amenities but had a basic free breakfast. Lots of parking, however not in a walkable or convenient location. Room walls were thin but no road or outside noise present, but would be an issue with loud neighbours. Would recommend this hotel if you are budget conscious or need to stay for 1 night. “The Hotel was ideally located for our trip to St. John, easy on and off the major freeway to all the places we wanted to explore. The room was clean and up to date plenty of places to charge your electronics. The best thing about the Chateau was the staff, Rachel at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The lady who made our coffee and served us our breakfast in the morning was delightful, friendly and cheerful a great way to start your day. We are sorry but we can't remember what her...
