“Location is great. Room in good size with everything you need while being in good condition and clean. Only two negatives really: 1. Close to none sound proofing, you can hear your neighbours or hallway conversations without an issue. And they will hear everything you do. 2. Parking is a bit overpriced with $15 + taxes per night. “The description of the hotel is not truth. It is not in galleria area. The area is unsafe, people were playing music loud without any restriction from one of the room. The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too. “We were asked when we checked in if we wanted our rooms cleaned everyday and we said yes. Our room wasn’t cleaned once during our entire stay. We had to ask for toilet paper because we ran out. Our trash binds were overflowing and we didn’t have space to place our trash. The ac made the both of us sick, probably because of all the dust in the vents.”
