“The outside of the property looks dilapidated. The pool is closed. The plants and trees on the property are mostly dead and the rest are in poor condition. In plain sight the inside of the lobby looks tidy not clean but not filthy. The furniture is outdated. Roaches are everywhere. The elevator is very hot and roaches are everywhere. “The room is large and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The parking lot is spacious and well lit. We enjoyed staying here for 4 nights.”

“Location is great. Room in good size with everything you need while being in good condition and clean. Only two negatives really: 1. Close to none sound proofing, you can hear your neighbours or hallway conversations without an issue. And they will hear everything you do. 2. Parking is a bit overpriced with $15 + taxes per night. I ended up paying $140 for 8 days. I also had issues with no water off and on for the last two days. It was a temporary issue though so wont hold it against the...

“Hotel Granduca was as lovely as allways. The quite and lovely poolarea and the restaurant is really different from other hotels we have visited. The rooms are big and luxurious but the best thing with Granduca is the staff, totally outstanding! We will allways stay here when returning to Houston. /Mia and Patrick, Sweden”
