Blue Ridge Cottage at the Governor's Club

The Blue Ridge Cottage is the perfect location for your next family getaway, wedding party stay, or corporate retreat. This spacious house includes 6 suite style bedrooms, each with their own coded door lock. There's plenty of space for your group to relax in the common areas or gather around the conference room table. We are conveniently located next to the Governor's Inn Golf Course and less than 10 miles from downtown Chapel Hill.

The Blue Ridge Cottage is a large home that includes 6 independent suites. Each suite has either a king or 2 queen size beds and a private bathroom with a large soaking tub and a separate shower. The suites also include a kitchenette complete with microwave, mini fridge and sink, individual temperature control for central heating and A/C, 42" HDTV with Time Warner Cable, and doors to both the common area and outdoors.

The four upper-level suites are identical except that two enjoy a view of the golf course. The two lower-level suites are twice as large each having a private living room/dining area with a view of the golf course.

The common areas include a living room with 65" UlraHDTV, full kitchen, and a dining space for your group to enjoy. There is also a conference room with a large table and plenty of seating for your use.

Enjoy a cool drink on our verandas directly overlooking the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course just minutes from the UNC campus and the center of Chapel Hill, NC.

Guests will have access to the entire house. Each suite has a it's own keypad lock for privacy.

Hosts are not on site and can be reached via messaging.

Parking is available in front of the cottage free of charge. It can fit up to 10 cars.
