“Amazing house, great amenities in the house. Can’t get a better location. Josh is so easy to work with and helpful. Can’t say enough about how this was a great experience and we would stay here any time we come to Chapel Hill!!!!”

“The property is spacious. The light switches & cabinets are clearly labeled. There are extra toiletries in the bathrooms: toothbrushes, q-tips, & disposable razors. There is an interesting book collection in the living area. The office set up is very comfortable; I used it to work remotely all week. The patio area is quiet & peaceful. The property is short drive from the highway & only a 5-minute drive from Wegmans. I would absolutely stay here again if I was in the area.”

“Exactly as described”

“We greatly enjoyed the property. Wonderful yard for the kids to play and a clean, comfortable home. We would definitely recommend and stay again!”

“Highly recommend….”

“If you are a person, like me, that brings everything and the kitchen sink when you rent a home away from home STOP!!!!! It is unnecessary here, Chelston has the BEST stocked house I've ever stayed in. Everything you need in the kitchen as far as equipment and seasonings, the only thing you need is actual food, drinks and condiments. As for the bedrooms and bathrooms they were clean and also well supplied. I usually take the pillows from my kids rooms so I have enough and I didn't have to this...

“Great location and rental! They were very responsive to any concerns that arose, like losing power due to a storm. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Very clean, cozy place! i stayed here for my daughters time as a commuter at Duke Pre-College. Location is very convenient and less than 6 mins away. The host is very friendly and an awesome communicator! You will love it!”
