âEven though there was a distinct smell of marijuana coming from somewhere near our room, or through the vents, I am still giving this place a high rating because of the quality of the room. The staff were very concerned and accommodating. My wife and I were really satisfied. â

âIn general a good hotel but the location close to a heavy trafficed road was no good. The traffic was disturbing at the room balcony. The room was well cleaned but the balcony was not. The information from the hotel tells there are 3 restaurants but only one of them was daily open for dinner and it was no good choice. The same restaurant was the only one serving breakfast but it hade a limited menu that didnât suite us. In addition restaurants closed early. We hade to go downtown Napa to eat and...
âKD was very polite and respectful, and very attentive to our needs. He forgave us on the hair color stain on the pillowcase, it was accidentally smeared as I just got my hair dyed a couple of days ago when we checked in. The lady that took care of the room upkeep was very nice too. I think the hotel has just been renovated, and now been operated as a family owned business. I will consider staying here in this hotel again when I visit back Vallejoâ
âGreat hotel for a short stayover or a shorter visit because of being close to six flags. Not a bad hotel, clean and a very nice staff. Spacious rooms, a few items for breakfast including OJ and coffee.â
âWe stayed in an resort apartment with a balcony. The stay was perfect. A full kitchen - with washer and tumble dryer - made breakfast arrangememnts easy. The suite set up with a separate bedroom made a welcome change from the standard type rooms we mostly had earlyer on our vacation. The only bad thing was that we couldn't stay longer...â

âHello, our hotel room was so dirty.. there were dark red spots on the floor.. The chair in the room was also super dirty we couldn't sit on them. This is not the quality I was expecting at a RAMADA. I would actually like my money back. Please help with this. â
