Country Home med babbling Brook och Pond View-minuter till Berkshire East Resort

  • 3 sovrum hus, känt som Flight's End, är att hyra om dagen (två dagar minimum), helg, vecka eller månad. Perfekt för romantisk resa eller en familjesemesterferie. Inte ett partihus. Femton minuter till Charlemont, Ashfield och Shelburne Falls. En timme till Amherst, North Adams, Pittsfield.

    Huset ligger på en bäck och över vägen från en privat damm (ej lämplig för simning). Femton minuter till Berkshire East för skid- och zip-linjeturer eller Zoar Outdoor och Crabapple Rafting för forsränning, kajakpaddling, bergsklättring, zip-linjeturer etc. Kenneth Dubuque State Forest ligger 5 minuters promenad bort. Bra för vandring, cykling, ridning, längdskidåkning och snöskoter.

    Dra en gräsmatta över dammen, hämta ett glas vin och titta på gös, ankor och kanske bäver medan solen går bortom dammen. Den babblingbäcken har platser där barnen kan leka i ett gammalt simningshål, fånga minnows och bygga rockdammar. House sover 8 till två rum med dubbelsängar, ett rum med en queen size-säng, och våningssängar och en utfällbar soffa i källaren för ungdomar.


    Ny utrustning och inredning: Huset har en ny Energy Star tvättmaskin, torktumlare, diskmaskin och ny matta i vardagsrummet och matsalen. Wi-Fi satellit-internet är tillgängligt och når bakgården och de närliggande damm och bäckområden.
    Vi har en ny gasgrill, en liten eldgrop och ett hopfällbart picknickbord tillsammans med många utomhusstolar. Mitsubishi värmepump för värme och AC tillsatt 2017.

Quiet stay by the babbling brook

Had a wonderful time with the family on the beautiful pond in Hawley. The sunshine and wildlife was great to wake up to and the neighborhood was the perfect quiet getaway.

Third year staying here

Comfortable, quiet and convenient country location. This is our third time staying at the property for fishing and exploring the Deerfield and Westfield rivers and we will definitely return.

Perfect spot to relax after white water rafting on the Deerfield. This was our 2nd year here. Owner responds to questions right away. Comfortable beds & seating spaces. The pond is a peaceful spot for an evening glass or morning cup. Kitchen is well equipped & there's a gas grill. We will be back if in the area again.

Flights End is a wonderful oasis

So peaceful! Very comfortable & has everything you need. Loved having coffe in the morning & a glass of wine in the evening while watching the life on the beautiful pond. We would definitely visit again.

2nd Time, Just as Charming

This was our second time visiting Flight's End and it was just as delightful as the first. There was a new sofa and everything else was just as we remembered. We took advantage of the quaint surrounding towns for some shopping and lunch, had a fire in the fire pit and enjoyed the coziness of the home.

Home had older furnishings but was exceptionally clean, very quiet and serene. Excellent location to explore western Ma. Would definitely recommended, only complaint was that the provided sponge in the kitchen desperately needed to be changed :) Thank you!

Peaceful Getaway

Flight's End was more wonderful than we anticipated. The home is cozy with all the things you need for a relaxing visit. We enjoyed the beauty of the area, the excitement of the pond (kayaking, otters, beavers and ducks) and took some of the helpful suggestions of our hosts. We will definitely be bac!

All of the amenities and more.

Great history through the house with notes about what things are. Bottle of Apple Cider was a sweet surprise. Beautiful views and comfy home.

Autumn, mountains and tranquility.

Flight's End is coming home, welcoming and comfy. We loved the pond room and enjoyed the ducks every day. This is a definite plus to relaxing. Would recommend this home to families who love the country. Fall foliage, one of the reasons we come to MA, was awesome. We also have relatives in the area so this home is very convenient for us.

Just as pictured

My partner and I were in MA to drop our eldest at Smith College for their first year. We chose Flight's End for the location and the fact that we were allowed to bring our pups with us. It was incredibly peaceful and just what we needed during an otherwise emotional time with such a big transition for our family.
