“The TV, microwave and refrigerator in my room did not work and the sink did not drain. It was disgusting. Not to mention when we returned from our event that night the entire hotel smelled like sewer. I tried to speak with staff regarding our stay before leaving and waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes and nobody came so we just left. I will never stay at this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone. ”

“We checked in and immediately found a needle (things drugs) and a pacifier in the middle of the floor. The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. I’ll lever go back to this hotel. It’s full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic. We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else. The hot tub in our room was amazing, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.”

“Was a clean place to stay for the night. They had no ice thought and the vanity light was terrible. Not very well lit.”

“Quiet room in a beautiful hotel along the river. Off the beaten path but easy access to a river walkway. Near a coffee shop and restaurant.”

“Booked through Expedia, had the paperwork and the confirmation and Ho Jo said they had no record. Then wouldn’t engage with Expedia to give Me my money back. Two calls and over an hour Eventually got most of my money back but still have to call back again to get the insurance back. Guessing HoJo got a better offer for the room(s) as there were others affected. Super inconvenient. In town for an event ended up staying an hour away and missed some of the event.”

“No complaints with this property , bed was very comfortable and room was very clean . Staff at this facility is extremely friendly and helpful, probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far . Will highly recommend this to anyone who wants a clean and quiet place to lay your head .”

“Everything was great. Clean, neat, good staff. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom was good too. Only one problem was the fire alarm went off around 2 or 3 in the morning. Was extremely loud and kind of scary sounding. Then it didn't continue. Kind of unnerving so we checked outside and hallways to see if there was a fire but didn't know what was going on. Seemed ok so went back to bed. Apparently in the morning they told us that someone was smoking in their room & they were kicked out. Otherwise...

“The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink.”

“I did not have time to try the breakfast but I am sure it's the same as everywhere else in the US”

“A passable place to stay but be warned. Expect a strong dirty feet odor, stained comforter and carpet, and unmopped bathroom. The mattresses are comfortable enough and the sheets were clean. Also the water pressure was good and the shower worked well. So…two stars. Important to note, it got two stars because the woman who checked us in was very pleasant and made for an excellent experience.”
