“The location was perfect for our needs, customer service was okay and although the hotel sent communication through the Expedia app they never responded to my request for a crib or shared details about breakfast- which was the exact same thing both days or the pool hours. I realize they are posted but typically places still share and point out when doors lock etc. I had to run to my car and couldn’t get back in with my key card after 11pm so I had to walk around the building.”

“We checked in and immediately found a needle (things drugs) and a pacifier in the middle of the floor. The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. I’ll lever go back to this hotel. It’s full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic. We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else. The hot tub in our room was amazing, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.”

“Upon check in the lady at the front desk added a $50 pet fee that was not told to me on website and I did not see a place to let them know there was a small dog. She stated she could not do anything because I went through Expedia. I had to accept the fee because we were from out of town and had no options. When we entered our room there was a massive stain on the bedspread, and a dirty balled up Kleenex in the box. I requested a new room. When we got in that room there was a putrid smell....
