“The hotel was 4-weeks old - so the room had that "new" smell. We were there for an evening stopover driving into Boston from Toronto with kids. Thus, having a working indoor pool was important. Parking was amply available and the free breakfast was a god-send since it helped us save a few bucks with the terrible exchange rate us Canadians have to contend with!

“Great value for families! The welcoming staff, location (Lenox/Pittsfield border), spacious suite, and ample amenities made for a fantastic vacation.
No free breakfast but there are several dining options and markets nearby. Gorgeous view of the sunset from the upper floors. There was a note of upcoming renovations so looking forward to what else they have in store. ”

“Beautiful stay. We booked last minute and it was amazing! We were able to book the room with jacuzzi and a fireplace—which made the whole stay so romantic. Will recommend and am planning to visit regularly. Hoping to return in the fall but definitely next spring. “Well maintained, can use some update. As soon as I walked in the room, I smelled the carpet. The water pressure was so low. I spent twice more time in the shower. The staff ”
