“We came into town to see a show at Charles Town Casino. The location was perfect! We loved the view of the river. The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed a great dinner at Mi Dellagado and an excellent breakfast at the Mountain View Diner. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.”

We were most attracted to that lovely porch and enjoyed our coffee there in the early morning, watching the town come to life. “This is a very solid VRBO. Pros: - Location is excellent; right in the downtown Sharpsburg next to a yummy ice cream place. It's easy to drive to and from. - Parking was good. There's a public lot across the street (no overnight there) and street parking in front of the unit. - There's a good amount of space in this unit with three bedrooms, a living room, dinning room, and kitchen. - The wifi is blazing fast; I was getting over 300 mbps when running speed tests. - It was a comfortable stay....

“Stayed four nights while our house was listed for sale. Had everything we needed, clean and comfortable and a great location a stone’s throw from all the coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques of downtown Leesburg. Bonus was the flower and garden festival. Location was mostly quiet but some street noise during the day/evening only which is to be expected so not an issue at all. House is wonderfully historic with all modern amenities/new upgraded appliances!”

“The house was as advertised and very clean. The house instructions were clear and check out instructions where minimal. We had some slight confusion on working the thermostat and the bedrooms became much warmer in the evening, than the main areas. But as long as you knew that you could turn the temperature way down. Overall, the house was very comfortable and was a great location for us to spend two evenings during our visit.”

Much of the furniture, including the mattresses, is old and not necessarily the most comfortable, but the rest makes up for it.”
