Seabrook Island Bungalow

Tre sovrum avskilt bungalow på Seabrook Island, SC. Huset ligger på en lugn gata med väldigt lite biltrafik. Drygt 1/2 mil till stranden och 1 mil till Beach Club. Öppen planlösning med mycket naturligt ljus. Rymlig trädgård omgiven av frodiga palmetton, levande ekar och magnoliaträd.

Den vardagsrum, matsal och solterrass ligger mitt i huset. Till ena sidan finns två sovrum (med drottningssängar) och två fulla badrum med ett badrum. Den motsatta sidan av huset har ett färdigt rum över garaget. Det rymliga rummet är perfekt för barn och har två våningssängar (tvåbäddsrum över hela), med mattor och en liten platt-tv. Soffan på solterrassen är en utdragbar säng. Bakgården har ett rymligt däck med Adirondack-stolar. Uppfarten har gott om utrymme för parkering av flera bilar. Observera att båda tv-apparaterna på fastigheten inte är utrustade med kabel utan är "smarta" så att du kan logga in på de flesta streamingabonnemangstjänster.

nice family beach vacation

Our family of 5 had a nice stay. The house is comfortable and the kitchen is fairly well equipped. The host was very responsive. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog and walk to Boardwalk 9. One thing to note is that there are no beach towels at the house, so you should bring your own.

Bungalow location was great. Short drive or walk to many boardwalks on Seabrook Island. Saw many wildlife animals, especially deer, roaming freely around the neighborhood. My 2 year old son loved it. Rental host was incredibly responsive and attentive.

Amazing house

My family had a wonderful spring break on Seabrook at this beautiful house. We loved the quiet street, the back yard for the dogs, and the fact that the house isn’t decorated in a beachy theme. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook and enjoy slowing down together. The house was perfect for our family of four and we will most certainly be back.

Cool bungalow!

The house was very cool and felt open and cozy. Check-in was easy and we got into the home with no problems. We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch! Would definitely stay there again - great place to stay for the wedding we attended.

Perfect Location for Kiawah Visit

We had a very brief but nice stay here while we were transitioning to Charleston with a round of golf at Kiawah beforehand. The accommodations were clean and communication and check-in were great.

Nice house, listing had an issue that went unresolved

It's a nice house on Seabrook. Very clean and well equipped. The listing has a hot tub as an amenity, which was the sole reason we chose this house over other options (and paid more for it). I reached out to the owner and he was surprised, and confirmed no hot tub on the premises. He did not offer to do anything for the false information and to date has ignored my messages about it. Could have been an easy fix, I'm sure. It appears the listing has been updated to remove the hot tub.

Location, wonderful - everything from the beaches to Angel Oak to shopping to Charleston is easily available. Home layout - very livable, very comfortable, lots of storage space yet very open layout. To me, it is a very friendly house. Outside - Beautiful, wild coastal forest with lots of wildlife (deer). When you first arrive, as you open the front door, make sure you are looking forward. That way your first view is to and through the wall of windows to the forest beyond. I could not get enough of that view!
