The location is unmatched with being close to the country club and the pools/restaurants. Cam was so helpful leading up to our stay and answered any questions so quickly. “The house was very nice and provided access to the Seabrook Island amenities. There is a private HOA pool just down the street or less than a 10 minute drive to the beach. Everything in the house was clean and looked very new. Overall it was a great place to stay with my family.”

“Beautiful property, great view, private location with some nice wildlife roaming property. Suggest working on internet if you want repeat business from corporate types that need to balance work and play. Current internet has inconsistent connection. Hot spots on phone should not be better than home internet. Lastly property in many portions of home are dark at night suggest adding lighting in bedrooms and main living room. None of these items would be disqualifying items for a repeat stay but...

“My wife and I were very impressed with the upgrades in the home including the kitchen and bathrooms. The appliances, cookware, coffee choices, towels, soaps, were above and beyond our expectations. We have stayed in many VRBO's so this was by far well equipped. In addition, the outside firepit/table and furniture was a real treat. “My family (including kids and dog) loved the house! The beds were so comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The views of the lagoon are amazing! Central location on the island within walking/biking distance of the beach.”

“This was a lovely home. Seabrook is very beautiful and the property was a 20 min bike ride from the beach. The neighborhood is mostly retired people that look for things to complain about. If you have a large family I would not suggest this rental. Seabrook Club has a lot of rules. You have to rent towels, you cannot use your own. All drinks are very expensive but the food is reasonable. Overall nice trip.”

“I was dismayed by the unsupportive mattress in the primary bedroom, the coffee pot broke on day two (they replaced it), and some deferred maintenance. Patio tablecloth was really dirty. The redeeming quality was ease of access to the beach!! We spent limited time in the condo. Location was amazing.”

Also, although property description said pool was open April-October, the pool was closed and we were not warned or offered alternative. We enjoyed bike riding and lots of walks on the beach.”
