“Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff”

“The staff was incredibly attentive and sweet! However there are like 9 floors and only one of the three elevators is working. According to an employee they have been down for months. This made the morning a bit more difficult. Pretty disappointing for this establishment. The breakfast was a basic hotel breakfast. The evening reception is always an appreciated addition. Our room was clean. The wall/entry door is far from sound proof. Thankfully the main bed was in another back room.”

“Very convenient to highway for an overnight stay. Walkable to the downtown area.”

“The front lobby and room was very clean. The check in staff was very nice. The tissue box in the room was empty and hadn’t been replaced. The morning staff was a different story. There were no cups for the juices, the trash can was overflowing, and the front desk staff was outside smoking. There was no one checking on the breakfast area. When we left, there was no one at the front desk and there was not a note telling what to do with the keys. We walked out to the car and saw the staff...

“We have traveled a lot and we have visited a lot of countries. In USA if you don’t book the top hotels with 4-5 stars it’s usually very worn down and quite dirty. This hotel is very fresh, quite new but also very well cleaned. All the girls that worked at the check in were great and had big smiles. Room was super fresh. Obviously it’s not a luxury hotel but for the standard it’s actually the best one we have stayed in so far.”

“hotel is under remodeling, which is totally understandable why it maybe be a little dirty/dusty in halls. we were put in a room right next to the elevator and towards the rear of the hotel where a train comes by, if possible ask for a room towards the front and definitely away from the elevator as we could hear whenever someone went up or down”
