It's open year-round for whenever the mood strikes. **Please cover when not in use for safety. Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times around the pool.**

Area:
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You would feel 100% comfortable going for a walk. There are also walking trails and a pond that you can fish in or just sit on a bench and enjoy the view.
Getting around:
You have a driveway so you don't have to deal with the hassle of finding parking. You can drive anywhere or spend $5 - 10 for an Uber ride. 5 minutes up the road is the light rail you can take to Uptown Charlotte, Carolina Panthers BOA Stadium, or Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Arena.

I am only there when needed. You will get a code to get into the house, so you can get in and settle as soon as you arrive. If you prefer, we never need to meet.
