Location is PERFECT if you want to explore Charlotte City! You'll be able to easily navigate to Charlotte's most popular attractions! 5 mins drive to BOA Stadium, NoDa, South End, and Midtown Crossing Building-where you can find Target, BJ’s, Trade Joe’s, Marshalls, Best Buy, West Elm and Charlotte best resturants.
Our house is 2 mins WALKING DISTANCE to Alexander Street Park, which is a great place to take a break and enjoy the nature. It has tennis/basketball court, kids play ground and greenway open to public. (We provides free tennis rackets, tennis balls and basketball to use.)
The space

This private townhouse has 3BR and 3.5 Bathrooms, every guest room has its own prive full bathroom. The entire furnished home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. (Inflatable bed provided)

GREAT PLACE

This place was more than we expected and exceptionally clean. Rooms were big and each couple had their own bathroom. Small complaints would be the bathrooms had nowhere to hang towels to dry, there was a rack in one bathroom but somewhere to hang multiple towels is needed such as a wall or door hanger. The tables in the master bedroom are very low compared to bed height. Other than these small details the place is fantastic and would definitely stay again.

The townhouse was nice and clean. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood, especially since we encountered some young adults who were saying things to try and get a reaction from us. There was a lot of traffic noise and loud talking/yelling out side in the middle of the night. The unit could use a bigger nonstick frying pan as well.

Excellent stay!

The property was in a great location and absolutely new and spotless! New everything. Great view of city from master. Nice park for the kids right around the corner. Small issue with key pad on checkin. Had to contact VRBO to contact property host to fix keypad issue but all this was completed in about 30 mins. This was the only reason for 4 stars on a couple of items. However, host was quick to fix the issue and very nice. Would definitely recommend staying at this property!! Can’t go wrong…
