This is a great place to stay and will be coming back to enjoy again. We did have a minor check in issue, however Godwill did resolve the problem fairly quickly and apologized. I will plan to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was so spacious & clean. Very centrally located; we were able to walk to most places. Goodwill was very accommodating and easy to communicate with!

Clean rooms. Good accommodations although we didn’t have a chance to use the kitchen as this location is very close to a lot of restaurants and entertainments. Goodwill has responded quickly to questions and issues with good results. Thank you and have a great day!

My fiancee and I stayed here for a couple of nights for her birthday weekend. The check-in process was fairly easy and once we figured out to use the stairs instead of walk around to the apartment it saved some steps! There were a couple unclean notes that we noticed over time. But despite those things it was a good stay for the both of us and what we needed it for at the time, would recommend to individuals visiting Charlotte.

Host was soooo sweet and accommodating. We landed early and just wanted to see if we could drop bags off. He was able to accommodate us instead of having to lug 3 bags around town for hours. Great place. In the middle of everything.

Great location when visiting the Skyla Amphitheater. Cut through the cemetery and it’s probably a 15 min walk at tops. At first the code to the door didn’t work, but the host helped us with that. The apartment was clean, and had a washer and dryer which was very convenient. There is a train nearby, but I honestly didn’t find it to be too loud. I would stay here again.
