Welcome to "Game Haven," likely the most fun short-term rental you'll find. The kids' room features 2 arcades, a slide w/ a bed, ping pong, foosball, & basketball for lifetime memories. The property is a resort w/ these fun activities:

The space
Located near Carrigan Farms, The Pit Indoor Racing & Track house Motorplex, this rental is located perfectly for a family vacation or friend-filled weekend.

As you enter the front door you will have an open concept with a fully stocked kitchen, dining room with 8 seats, laundry room & living room with 65 inch 4k Roku TV.

The incredible kids room is located off the living room. It features 2 bunk beds with queen beds on the bottom and Twin XL beds on top. There is a large slide for them to down. The kids room has a ping pong table, foosball table, basketball game and 2 arcades that feature over 20 games including NBA Jam, Pac-Man & Galaga! There's also a 65 inch 4k Roku TV in the kids room.

Down the hall you will find another bedroom with a 4k Roku TV & Queen size bed. All mattresses are high quality 14 inch Dyonasy Mattresses. High quality pillows are also provided.

There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination in the hallway.

There is another bedroom with a king-size bed and 4k Roku TV.

The last bedroom is a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, 4k Roku TV, walk-in closet and full bathroom with double vanities.

The backyard is absolutely packed with a 6 person hot tub & cover, new Saltwater Heated pool w/ Volleyball net. We provide an outdoor kitchen table and lounges as well as basketball goal and volleyballs.

There are 3 putt putts with an outdoor bowling lane that also doubles as a long putting green. Mega Checkers, corn hole, Mega Connect4, trampoline, playground and fire pit with adirondack chairs.

Located in the quiet country near horses but also Mooresville & Salisbury, you will be minutes from anything and everything.

Pool is heated but you must let us know if you want us to turn it on. There's a $50/day fee to run the heater and it is required to cover the entire stay. If you pay ahead of time for the heated pool we will start it a day or two earlier. Please note we can't guarantee the pool will be 80 degrees especially in the winter.

The house was super clean and inviting was super family friendly also gave my pets a place to run around outside in the back yard kids definitely had a fun time in the kids room with the basketball arcade games and slide bed along with all the outdoor activities in the back yard with the huge checkers and trampoline

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We booked this home for our visit to the Lazy 5 Ranch and the Polar Express, and it could not have been more perfect for our family. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the host was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with.The kids loved everything about it—from the epic backyard playground to the game room that kept them entertained for hours. Honestly, they kept asking to go back to the house instead of leaving for activities… that’s how great it was!We truly enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with how clean, comfortable, and family-friendly the home was. Highly recommend!
