My room was on the 4th floor. I am 82years old. The bed was so high I couldn’t get onto it. I asked at the desk if there was some sort of stool or box I could use and was told to use the desk chair(on wheels) to get into bed. I ended up inverting a plastic waste bin to use as a step stool.
After breakfast I went back to retrieve my suitcase and neither one of the key cards would open the door, so I had to make yet another trip down to the desk to get a new key card.
