Njut av sjölivet och koppla av på Bally K, en mysig 3 sovrumsstuga på en avskild 1. 5 tunnland stor vattenfront. 28 minuter från centrala Charlotte, 5 minuter från I-77

Detta är ett parti med låg sluttning. Alla får enkel tillgång till vattnet. Inga steg att klättra vid bryggan, inga steg att klättra för att komma hem.

Nyligen renoverat med nytt kök, trägolv och nya möbler. Täckt och skärmad i veranda med matplats. Öppet däck med fantastisk utsikt över sjön.

30 "x 30" flytbrygga. Djupt vatten mycket med mer än 15 'vatten vid piren, även under vintermånaderna. Täckt lusthus belägen över vattnet för att njuta av de normandiska solnedgångarna i sjön.

Få obegränsad användning av de 4 kajakerna och stå upp paddelbrädet - allt gratis med uthyrning. Starta dem från bryggan eller från sandstranden vid vattnet. Fantastisk simning i den privata viken, ingen båttrafik, så det är säkert för barn.

Ta med din båt, sätt in vid Haggar creek allmän tillgång. Skippare mindre än 1/2 mil tillbaka till vår brygga, binda den i den privata båtlipan.

Time Warner-kabel med Disney, Nick, Nick Jr, Boomerang och alla barnkanaler. Spela Station, Wii, med massor av spel. Stor plats för barnen att njuta av sin sommarlov.

Gratis bredbands WiFi

10 min bilresa till Target, Best Buy, Sam's, Wall-Mart, Dick's, Belk's och mer. 10 min bilresa till god mat, eller ta din båt till en av de många restaurangerna vid sjön.

The cottage was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. It was so cozy that we felt like we were home! The lake property is amazing even though a cold front hit right when we got there. We had a fire in the fire pit that is located right by the water! We will definitely stay here again!

We’ve been coming to Bally K cottage twice a year for past few years. It’s an easy, relaxing and quiet location. The owners are great to work with. Restaurants and grocery stores 10 mins away. Easy to check-in and out. Great access to the lake and dock fishing. Comfortable , home atmosphere. The grand kids come for a day and stay in the water the whole time. Paddle boards, kayaks and life vests are available. We will be back.

What a wonderful cozy place to stay! The lot has an amazing view of the water and the new dock was a wonderful place to stay, play, and dock the boat. We stayed for a week and made so many beautiful memories. Everything is even better in person! Shops, and restaurants are within 10-minute range. We walked in the morning and enjoyed the area. Kids loved to see deers walking in the forest. We would definitely stay again! Absolutely a gem!

Lake Side Gem!

First time visiting Lake Norman with my family and found this gem of a property with everything you need for complete lakes side relaxation. Tim, the owner was a great host, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We will be back when visiting Lake Norman in the future.

Rest and Relaxation

We loved our stay at this property. We had everything we needed and loved lounging on the dock and swimming in the lake. This vacation was the most relaxed I've ever seen my husband. We would definitely stay here again!

The owner was very thoughtful in furnishing the house- everything we needed and more was supplied (beachtowels/ throws/coffee pods/life jackets and so much more) The view of the lake and outside sitting areas were wonderful. Great stay at Bally K!

We booked last minute to do some house hunting and found this gem! Bally K is in an idyllic setting nestled in a quiet cove on Lake Norman. Even bad weather couldn’t ruin our visit. The convenience of tying up our boat was a huge bonus.Tim was kind enough to assist us with the boat launching. The cottage exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival there was a generous fruit bowl and lovely flowers to welcome us. The whole place was sparkling clean and fresh.The bed was extra cozy and the shower was luxurious. Every night we grilled and made a fire in the family room. We would have preferred a sunnier week but Bally K was a delightful shelter from the storms. Looking forward to booking again soon!

Perfect Lakeside Cottage

Very much enjoyed our stay again! Thank you for sharing your home, and all the extras! We had a relaxing time and cannot wait to return! Comfy beds, screened-in porch with plenty of seating, the dock furniture was great for evening fishing or hanging out, and the sunning deck with umbrella is perfect for lounging. Loved the new couch and chair as well, and that the kitchen is always well stocked! Quality finishes make this one feel comfortable and like home!

Relaxing stay

The house is wonderful and the views were instantly relaxing! I stayed for a few days while in town visiting my parents who also stayed. It was the perfect location, tucked back into a quiet residential neighborhood but close to restaurants and stores. The dock and spacious back porch were beautiful! We took the kayaks out for a spin on the lake and my parents really enjoyed their time. The hosts were responsive and the house was immaculate. I plan to return again!

Weekend getaway

Wonderful weekend getaway. Convenient location for food, and amazing home. Very clean and had tons of entertainment options for the kids. We selected this rental based on the ease of access from the home to the water (no steps) and it exceeded all expectations. Would love to revisit this home again!

Excellent location and fabulous owners!

Timothy was very prompt in responding to me. The house was very clean, organized, and had everything that you could possibly need. Timothy was so accommodating; we were greeted with fresh fruit, chocolates, cookies, and a lovely welcome note. We could not have asked for a better girls weekend away.
