Lakefront Retreat, ny båthus, lusthus på djupt vatten

Mysigt två sovrum, nyligen ombyggda 1960-talet enstaka husvagn på Normandiska sjön. Vacker utsikt från den stora täckta däck med utsikt över bred vik på sjön. Gott om sittplatser utomhus för att njuta av utsikten!

Helt nytt lusthus och båthus om du vill ta med en båt eller jetski. 2 kajaker, 2 stand-up paddleboards och nudlar, gratis med uthyrning. Hästsko grop i gården, eldstaden i bakgården bredvid sjön. Vattenbasketring ansluten till kajen. Njut av en omgång häst vid sjön eller spela en omgång majshål vid sjön. Basket och majshålsbrädor levereras.

2 sovrum (1 drottning, 1 hel) och utdragbar bäddsoffa sover 6 totalt. TV, kabel och wi-fi finns. 5 minuter från Food Lion mataffär, Walgreens och restauranger. 10 minuters bilresa till Target, Wal Mart, biograf, bowlinghall, 2 offentliga golfbanor och I-77. 30 minuter från Charlotte.

Absolut INGEN PARTER tillåtna. Detta är ett bostadsområde, och vi är vänner med grannarna. De kommer att ringa oss och polisen om det finns överflödiga gäster på fastigheten när som helst på dagen.

Wonderful site for outdoor fun! Our favorite features were the two large decks on the house and dock. We enjoyed the fire pit, kayaks, and paddle boards. Beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. The home is older but clean and well kept. Check-in and check-out were simple and easy. We would come back!

Much needed break!

Peaceful little place nestled in a very nice neighborhood, right on the water. Huge back deck overlooking Lake Norman. A simple drive to food and shopping. Host goes above and beyond to ensure you have the things most likely forgotten when packing! Hope to be able to book this place many more times in the future!

Small house, excellent back yard.

Great place for a fishing trip. Only changes would be new stove, smaller bed frame that fits matress in guest room. Not a must but screened in back porch. Boat dock was 5 star. Plenty of parking room. House was well stocked. We had a great time.

We had a fantastic stay. The lake is so beautiful and peaceful. We visited in March so a little cold to go in but will definitely come back. The property was clean and very comfortable. Very grateful for an amazing vacation!

Extended weekend on the Lake.

Property is exactly as described. Awesome dock and gazebo on the water. Great view, quiet neighborhood and convenient to most everything. Met the host, great guy, cares about his guests. Will book again when down at the Lake with less than 6 of us!!!

Great place for boaters

If you're looking for a quiet place on the lake, and a spot to tie up you're boat this is it. The property is cozy and nostalgic. Paddle boards and kayaks are provided and the boat house and over water gazebo are perfect for the watersports fan. The host was awesome. He worked with me on a last minute request to stay another day and was always there if l needed anything. Will definitely make this place one of my regular stays.

Lake Stay

The trip was a good time. The home is exactly as decribed. We spent most of our time at a friend home during the day and used the home for its dock and a place to sleep. It is not a lot of extras, or modern, etc. The amenities are extremely basic, but fine enough. The owner was very responsive and nice.

Quiet retreat

We loved the location and being able to stay on Lake Norman for a reasonable price. It was nestled back in the woods, but close to anything you might need. I loved having my tea next to the lake under the gazebo. The owner was up front about the accommodations. He definitely said that the mobile home was older but updated so it didn’t have a dishwasher. But Vrbo needs to update it’s listing to show there is no dishwasher. I would stay again.

Weekend getaway

The house is an older trailer as described. I gave a 4 on cleanliness because there were spider webs everywhere. I was knocking them down as I was walking down the hallway in the dark. :( Master bed is HORRIBLE, however, the guest bedroom bed was ok. The water smells like rust and there isn’t a light over the shower in the bathroom. The neighborhood is fabulous and the outside is fantastic. The dock is amazing and we had a great time sitting down by the lake on our trip.

Lake Norman rental

Perfect relaxation

Beautiful setting

My husband and I and our adult son stayed for a week while visiting our son and wife nearby. We have stayed multiple times at the lake over the past 5 years. This setting was gorgeous with the new dock and an abundance of lake toys. We really enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit after a late afternoon swim. Unfortunately, rental prices have skyrocketed. This was affordable but the house is old and needs replaced since updating is not a likely option. The online listing was accurate, so we were not surprised by the condition. There were plenty of dishes, cleaning supplies, and linens. Since the weather was mild at night, we would have liked to have the windows open instead of using the air-conditioning, but there were no screens in the windows. Larry was very helpful and kind.
