Welcome to a complete, privately managed standalone home in Pineville, NC, part of the greater Charlotte metro. This entire property is exclusively yours for your stay. There are no shared spaces, no shared entrances, and no other guests on the premises.

THE HOME



This is a full four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom standalone home with a dedicated home office, an open living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, designed for guests who need real space and genuine comfort across a multi-night or extended stay.

Guests must be 21+ to book.

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID.



Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation $300 may be collected and termination of your stay without refund.



Dogs only (max 2). $59/per pet may be collected

All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets $120 per pet may be collected.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding; excess hair or damage may incur additional cleaning fees.

Please clean up pet waste.



Absolutely no smoking. If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning charges may be collected.



Free on-site driveway parking.

Please report any damage immediately.

Starter supplies are provided; guests purchase additional supplies as needed.

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.



Cancelations:

Cancellations within the cancellation window may have a 3% payment processing fee.
