Inspired by the world of wonder and built with over 10,000 hours of craftsmanship, 1,000 hand-placed flowers, and 100-year-old doors, this newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom loft is unlike anything in Uptown Charlotte.

The indoor infrared sauna invites deep relaxation, while the balcony’s checkered terrace and “Off With Their Heads” wall make for the perfect glass-of-wine moment above the city.



The gourmet kitchen gleams with quartz countertops, copper sink, and floral flourishes, while the espresso and coffee bar offers your morning ritual in style. Every detail — from antique furniture restored by hand to the custom floral installations — tells a story of care and creativity.

We want your stay to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible! Please review the following guidelines carefully before booking.

Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 25+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.

Additional information:

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures may result in a $200 fee.

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 fine and termination of your stay without refund.

Pets:

Dogs only (max 2). $200/per pet

All pets must be registered before arrival. .

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property.

Any pet that continues to disrupt other guests and their ability to relax and enjoy their stay may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Free on-site parking is available.

Smoking:

Absolutely no smoking.



Damages & Conduct:

Please report any damage immediately. We know accidents happen, and we ask guests to be truthful when they do

Guests are responsible for any excessive damage caused during their stay.

Internet Use:

The Internet is provided for general use.

​

Trash:

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.

​

Cancellations:

Cancellations within the cancellation window may have a 3% payment processing fee.
