“We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. “the experience was very disappointing and absolutely not worth the price. The view is not good. The balcony was extremely dirty, with dusty glass that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Taking photos or even standing there was unpleasant because everything was covered in dust. The apartment itself was not clean, especially the bathroom, which had visible stains.
