It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and options of a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) or non-refundable $35 damage waiver fee to receive your arrival instructions.
