Welcome to your laid-back lakefront retreat made for fun on and off the water. With room for up to 10 guests, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a warm, casual setting for families and friends who want to spend their days swimming, paddling, grilling, relaxing, and soaking in the view.

Inside, the open-concept living space is bright, cozy, and welcoming, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV for movie nights, and large windows overlooking the lake. The home has an easy lake-house feel, with gathered-over-time charm, relaxed furnishings, and spaces designed for comfort after long days outside. Downstairs, the bonus room brings a little extra personality — including the kind of cozy “grandma’s couch” everyone somehow ends up fighting over after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully stocked for simple meals and group favorites, complete with modern appliances, plenty of cookware, and coffee ready to brew.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a French door leading to the lake-facing porch, while the remaining bedrooms offer queen and twin beds — great for couples, kids, or groups of friends. All rooms include fresh linens and Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows after a day in the sun.

But the heart of Cannonball Cove is outside. The private dock is made for jumping in, floating, lounging, and watching the lake sparkle. Swim out into deep water, take the kayaks for a paddle, stretch out in the sun, or let the kids enjoy the kind of lake day they’ll talk about long after the trip is over. The large yard gives everyone room to spread out, and evenings are best spent around the fire pit under the stars. Around here, the chairs may not match, but the vibe does — cozy, relaxed, and made for s’mores, stories, and lake-night laughter.

Tucked away in a quiet cove but just minutes from groceries, dining, and boat-accessible restaurants, Cannonball Cove gives you the best of both worlds: peaceful lakefront privacy with everyday conveniences close by.

*The boat launch pictured is not in the best condition under the water, so we would not recommend using it.
*Please do not park on the neighbor’s driveway. The backyard is very private, but the front yard sits close to a neighboring home.

⚓ DOCK & LAKE FAQ
• Dock and water: Typical Summer (~10+ ft depth) Winter (~7+ft). Ideal for swimming, fishing, and tying off pontoon or ski boats.
• Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available through Lake Girl Boat Rentals on Lake Norman. Contact info and booking recommendations are sent automatically once you book.
• Life jackets: We provide some universal life jackets and 2+ kayaks. Please bring properly fitted USCG-approved vests for young children.

🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee of $125. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
