We had a fantastic stay. The house is close to so many great places and the host was fantastic checking in to see if we needed anything. 2 min drive to a great brewery and Camp North End but the area was quiet. Our group of 7 had room to be comfortable and everything was clean and in great condition. My only suggestion is some softer pillows as they were all the same, but no complaints there were plenty. I’ll stay at this property again if it’s available the next time we come to Charlotte, we loved it.

Need more small spoons for kitchen. Cleanliness not very good-cob webs and needed some things dusted. Can opener did not work. We needed light bulbs in some lights. Living room light didn’t even work. Seating was horrible! Chairs andCouch were very uncomfortable and did not seat 9.Dining room seating didn’t even seat 9 and were very uncomfortable as well. There are no mixing bowls.Some of the items that were not there weImprovised, but the overall comfort for living room and dining room was disappointing. We were a group that came to work at the for Samaritans Purse and wanted to come back and relax and fellowship with one another, but didn’t even have enough seats for everyone and were uncomfortable (stiff).

The house has been renovated and the decor is great. From kitchen to showers, all were nice, clean and stocked with everything needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the outdoor space enough. The host was friendly, very helpful and checked in with me throughout my stay. Highly recommend.

Great location

Perfect location to easily get to where ever you need to go. Rooms were large and clean. Beds are on the firm side. Kitchen was large also.i would stay there again

Great weekend getaway

We were in town for the Ren fair with friends. This location was perfect for a night downtown and for the location of the event. House was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Host was very responsive. Neighbor across the street was super friendly.
