Private Rural Gem 9 miles from Charlotte center

About this space
See wildlife on 2 private acres with fire pits, porches, just minutes from everything. Huge driveway for vehicles. Enjoy country feel while close uptown. Typical Uber is $20 to action in all directions. Lounge in our hammocks and listen to the birds. There is a detached house in back of this one that you can rent if you want additional space. Sometimes it is rented to other guests but we have never had a privacy issue for either party. The old country Road is bumpy but pretty.
The space
Close to nature and society: US Whitewater center, raptor center, Latta plantation, mountain island lake and lake Norman and much more for outdoorsy stuff.
Close to uptown, plaza midwood, noda, south end, university area and lots of breweries for food and fun.

NOTE: The photos show
Mountain Island lake which is just down the road. It is not accessible by walking from the house. We do have a 10 minute trail walk to a nice creek but the lake requires driving or bicycling.
Guest access
All of it + 2nd house by separate booking if desired.
Other things to note
We don’t have a coffee machine. We have a French press for you. We think that makes the best sort of coffee. Pls don’t throw cig butts outside. We hate that. And recycling is easy— in laundry room closet.

Trash cans are out on the gravel road on the other side of the red metal barn.
