This townhome is in a great location whether visiting for business, work or pleasure. You can retreat from your activities to a refreshing setting so you can start the next day revitalized. If you don’t want to drive, the unit is a 5-min walk to the light rail. You can visit the NASCAR Museum, The Blumenthal Center, Discovery Center, catch a Hornet’s game or concert at Spectrum in center city. Your options are limitless. There is no shortage of things to do in the Queen City!
The space
The unit is 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths with three levels. There are two (2) large master suites with private bathrooms. The upper level has one (1) master suite and two (2) private bedrooms and a shared full-sized bathroom. The main level has a large, open, fully-stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. In addition, there is a spacious laundry room. In the main area, there is comfortable shared dining and living areas. Free Wi-Fi and TV access is available. All bedrooms have smart TVs.

**Pet Policy **
Negotiable. Requires pre-approval with a fee.

**Smoking policy**
No smoking inside of unit nor inside of the garage. Smoking only permitted outside. Do not throw butts on the ground. Any evidence of smoking in the home after checkout will result in an additional $500 fee charged to the guest.

12:31-1:30 $100.00

**Extending Your Stay**
We always love when guests want to extend their stay.
Our cleaning company requires at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule your cleaning. If you decide to extend your stay, please do so 24 hours before your checkout time. ( 11AM )
There is a $30 fee/charge from the cleaning company if you extend your reservation within 24 hours of your checkout day/time.
