BEWARE....... No window coverings in kitchen felt like being in a fish bowl. Mildew air quality was poor. No dishwasher. No washer/dryer. Decades old oven was rusty inside and out. Interior doors don't close or lock. Shower hot/cold handles were broken. Inside and outside of home were not maintained and dirty. Beds were comfortable. Living room including HDTV were fine.

The owner was very good with communication and the property location was great. Beds are very comfortable. However, the property is definitely in need of some maintenance. There are no covers over the air vents, there is a hold on the wall where a door knob hit it and the dryer knob is broken off. With some attention to these repairs, it could be a great little house.
