With access to Lake Norman just steps away, spend your days boating, fishing, and kayaking from our shared dock. After a day on the water, return to this cozy apartment, whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind with a movie night on the Smart TV.



This is the downstairs unit of a two-unit building. The upstairs unit (309 Birdhouse) is a separate rental and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The dock and fire pit at the lake side are shared between the two units.
