“This house is perfect for a girls weekend. We did a couple places further out but enjoyed Bold Rock and Devils Backbone. It had everything we needed to enjoy some much needed time to relax at the house also. ”

Upon arriving the deadbolt which is controlled by a key pad unlocked however, the doorknob was also locked. We called the number listed on VRBO and received tje automatic VRBO line and was extremely unhelpful. “Our family of 5 stayed at the Gingerbread Cottage for 3 nights to celebrate our daughter's college graduation from JMU. The location was ideal as it was not far from Harrisonburg and close to restaurants. We had fun at Cave Hill Brewery, which was close and had great meals at Thunderbird Cafe (breakfast) and Hank's (great bbq dinner). We highly recommend staying at this property and would return if in the area again. ”
