“Parking for overnight guests should have priority over drinkers and family dinners . Especially weekends . Second ...under the wall table had coffee stains splattered on the wall and the ice was nearly falling out of the freezer . Staff were ok....some unfriendly and unhelpful. One lady there delivered chips and coffee to our room 8. Thankyou very much. The price for the room was more than what it should be . ”

“I was staying there during the Autofest @Mount Panorama. Hotel was nice and the room was perfectly cleaned and in good condition. Had a late arrival and it worked great with good communication with the front desk prior to arrival. Great experience and I will definitely be back.”

“the room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. we liked having the little kitchenette and it was suitably set up for simple meal preparation. the location is out of town, so we found it peaceful, and it was handy to Mount Panorama which my husband liked. it is a large, somewhat rambling facility with some communal areas like lounges and kitchenettes, that might appeal if conditions meant you need to stay indoors. “Was a lovely place to stay, very convenient having a restaurant on the premises, so we could just pop in for a feed and then walk back to our room afterwards. Very child friendly”

“Relied on public transport. Walkable from railway station. Close to fast food. Mcdonalds. Hungry jack. Red rooster. Kfc. Clean room.”

“We loved the pool. But unfortunately our cabin was very very basic. The tv was stuck on channel ten and reception couldn’t provide batteries so we could change channel. The bunk bed was in the toilet corridor. Not a great bed. Overall not the worst, just shabby and felt like it wasn’t quite worth $179 a night. ”

“Bit of a smell in the rooms. No real cleaning during room servicing - only towel replacement . ”

“The room was clean and spacious. Cooking facilities adequate and check-in was really easy. It wasn’t as modern as the photos looked but it wasn’t bad just a bit dated. The air-conditioner was needed for heating but only blue cool air. We just turned it off we had had packed warm clothes so it turned out to be no problem. Outdoor sitting area was lovely. Although not right in the centre of town, it suited our needs as we were able to cook our own meal at night without the need to go out.”

“Whilst the accommodation was well priced, the room was filthy. Thick dust on all room surfaces and the shower was full of mould along with the shower curtain. On the plus side, the bed was clean and comfortable.”
