Enjoy the ambient glow of a wood-burning fireplace with a stone hearth after your walk around beautiful Ocean Point. Lounge on the spacious deck overlooking the water. And you’re only 3 miles from East Boothbay Village, the General Store, and the Carriage House Restaurant.

LIVING AREA

Enjoy amazing views of Linekin Bay from the comfort of a spacious open living area that boasts vaulted open-beam ceilings, hardwood flooring, and a wood-burning fireplace with a stone hearth. A sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and two wicker chairs comfortably seat seven.

KITCHEN & DINING
You’ll find everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with brand new wood flooring and recently updated amenities. A full suite of appliances includes a microwave, dishwasher and Gas powered “Chef Quality” range.


At mealtime, gather for festive vacation meals at the kitchen island with seating for 6.

BED & BATH


This one-level cottage sleeps 4 guests between the two bedrooms and a queen murphy bed in the living area.
Rest easy in the primary bedroom, furnished with a stately queen bed. The second bedroom holds a King bed. A guest bathroom is configured with a recently updated tile shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Relax or dine outdoors on a spacious wooden deck with table seating for four and two lounge chairs. Enjoy lovely views of Linekin Bay. Make use of the gas grill and host a cookout.

A shared deepwater dock is just steps away.

LOCATION

Dine at Lobsterman’s Wharf, just 4 miles away. Drive 9 miles to the Maine State Aquarium, the Boothbay Railway Village, or the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. And it’s only 10 miles to the Burnt Island Light.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: The dock is shared with the property next door (the home to the right if your looking at the water)



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
