“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”

“I experienced an issue with my television when I arrived. There was no sound. I contacted the front desk and they sent a technician to my room in minutes. She did some diagnostics on the connections and determined the cable box needed to be replaced. She was very concerned that I was being inconvenienced but I reassured her it was completely fine and appreciated her speedy response.”

“I wasn't pleased that after hours the hotel was wide open and you didn't need your key card to gain access in front of back not even the elevators. Also to pay $30 for breakfast the set up was not pleasing nor the cleanliness of the area. I also would suggest putting hand sanitizer in the areas ”

“Stayed overnight to catch a flight early morning. Have stayed before and will stay again. Not fancy but perfect for my needs and reasonable price. They offer a shuttle to the airport and will pick you back up at the end of your trip, which is excellent. They also offer breakfast in the morning, which I appreciate very much. “Across the street from Arundel mills mall with tons to do! Facilities and amenities were great. Very clean and staff was very kind. The property is outdated so stains on carpets and noisy AC are to be expected but sheets and towels were pristine. Every nook and cranny was clean. Only thing I could say was that the shower head had built up scum but I gave it a quick scrub, no problem. Overall very good experience and will be staying there again when I come back! ”
