âFantastic location near the Shrine and excellent value. No American coffee maker ever allows for "ristretto" coffee brews, but the one in our room did! 10/10!â
âThe hotel is a bit tired but beautiful. It appears to be the best place to stay in Lourdes. We had all of our meals at the restaurant. The food and service were top notch. â
âI like the Hotel set up and the staff are very friendly. What I didn't like was that as a Disabled person, I wasn't supported as expected especially supporting me with my luggage down to the reception which was very stressful for me to do it alone with my walking stick. .roommyugsrted â

âBra, prisvĂ€rt hotell. Mycket trevlig personal. Vi var i Lourdes bĂ„de för att titta pĂ„ vallfĂ€rsmĂ„let och naturen i bergen, uppe i Gavarnie. Lourdes Ă€r absolut vĂ€rt ett besök, och detta hotell var mycket bra i förhĂ„llande till priset. MĂ„nga bussgrupper bor hĂ€r, vi kom sjĂ€lva i egen bil, har man otur kan de bli segt vid incheckningen.â
âOur family of 5 was in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was well furnished. We felt safe and slept well in this quiet hotel on the 9th floor (top). It is an easy walk to the grotto and has plentiful dining options nearby. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us. â
âGreat renovated hotel with nice rooms and , above all, super friendly staff. I was working at night in the lobby, past midnight, and the person at front desk brought me a glass of cold water without me having asked for anything. Hi figured I was thirsty and he was spot on. Unfortunately I didn't ask for his name. Person during check in was very friendly too. We were at another hotel the night before at similar price, but this one is much better.â

"Very good location to Lourdes Sanctuary. Room is spacious, good A/C, comfortable bed and badroom is good as well. The lication if my room is not comfortable as it is located at the passage area level where guest walk around and for this I cannot open my room curtain. Breakfast is ok on Monday but on Tuesday the sausage and scrambled egg were missing. "
