Room comfortable but lack of places to put things. Form over function. Basin could not hold water! No mirror in dressing table area so hairdryer not close to socket. All easily solved. It seemed designed beautifully by someone who had never slept in the room. But. Did not detract. A lovely hotelâ

âWe arrived at Domaine du Chauvet after a long drive from Spain. Mr Jabali was the perfect host: he was very welcoming and he prepared us an excellent meal at a time to suit us. The building is beautiful with a decor of stone, wood and white linen. Parking is safe and secure behind electric gates. Our bedroom was small but very comfortable. Next morning we had the best breakfast ever - pastries ,bread, fruit , cereal, coffee, tea, juice. We would definitely stay here again!â

âWe had the 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our family. All amenities well thought of. Place was walking distance into St Emillion. Eduard was available and communicative throughout the stay. The late checkout was a godsend for us too!â
âChristophe and Christine the property managers were very friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants and chateaus to visit. The breakfasts each morning were incredible: fresh baked croissants and bread, fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs made to preference. The location nestled in among the vineyards was picturesque and very quiet. The total experience far exceeded our expectations and I hope we can make a return trip.â
âWonderful hotel in the heart of Sankt Emilion. There is also a parking on the back of the hotel. Wonderful staff, sonderful room and a nice and good bead. Breakfast was great and the service great. Don't miss this hotel. There is also a winetasting included in the room fee which made us buy more fantastic wines.â
âMy husband and I had an incredible stay at Chateau De Ferrand! We stayed for only one night and the room, food, wine, and hospitality were out of this world! We wish we could have stayed longer. Balthazar and Elliot were very attentive, kind, and even gave us recommendations for the next stop on our trip. The views of the vineyards were lovely and it was quiet and serene. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!â
âFirst time staying here and hopefully wont be our last. Stayed here with my wife and daughter. What a gem. High quality establishment. The door area and pool is pure luxury. The breast fast was the best we have had in France and we have been coming to France for many years. Great choice of food. Excellent range of beverages available all day at the self service bar. The rooms are specious. The entire establishment is very clean. The owners take time to make you feel welcome on arrival. Lovely...
