Waterfront Paradise - 10 minuter från Chattanooga centrum

  • Denna enhet är en del av den nybyggda floden Gorge Condos. Andelslägenheterna ligger precis vid floden Tennessee. Du får njuta av utsikten över Tennessee River Gorge och de omgivande bergen! Detta är en perfekt plats för en avkopplande weekendresa! Det finns också ett uthyrningsbolag med kajak / paddleboard intill River Canyon Adventures! Våra hyresgäster kan gå gratis så länge det finns tillräckligt med utrustning tillgänglig. Tips uppskattas dock för arbetarna. Gary kommer också att erbjuda en gratis pontonbåttur om båten och han är tillgänglig! Vi kan också erbjuda bokningsrabatter för sista minuten för alla säsonger utom sommaren och semestern!

    Condo har alla nya köksapparater. Vardagsrummet har en 55-tums smart-tv med kabel och wifi. Sovrummet har också en smart-TV! Det finns också en gemensam grill som kan användas!

    Om du älskar vattnet, har vi en helt ny dubbeldäckare! Det är perfekt för fiske, bad eller kajaker i vattnet! Taket är ett utmärkt ställe att koppla av och njuta av utsikten och solen! Vi har också en ny pontonbåt att hyra! Båten är $ 150 för en halv dag och 250 för en hel dag plus bränsle.

    Vårt läge ligger bara några minuter från fantastiska spår och andra aktiviteter om du älskar utomhus. Prentice Cooper ligger bara några minuter bort, och Signal Mountain är bara 10 minuter bort! Båda har fantastiska stigar med bluff utsikt! Vi är också bara 10 minuter från Chattanooga centrum. Det finns många fantastiska restauranger, TN-akvariet och andra turistattraktioner där nere.

Great place and location. The views were beautiful. We were able to paddle board and enjoy the water. Visited Chattanooga a couple of times and the drive there was short and easy. Everything about the condo was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful place. We truly enjoyed the view. The condo was very clean and well decorated. It is close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. Exactly was what was needed for our break from reality and a romantic anniversary getaway. Definitely would recommend.

River View

This clean condo had updated fixtures and was spacious. We loved seeing the river and hiking on Signal Mountain which was just 10 minutes away. Though the kayak rental is not included, the discount makes it very reasonable; we were quoted $20 for a day.

Short getaway

The place was awesome. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer. Overall we loved the place. We did have to leave a day earlier than planned because severe weather knocked the power out. Just an act of nature.

Great time

All was as described in the listing. Easy check-in and out. Gary was helpful and prompt in seeing to a couple of requests. All went very smoothly. Great location and views, good amount of kitchen and bath items, comfortable bed, quiet. Good deal as well on rental kayaks next door. Would recommend this condo!

I have come here almost every year for several years, with no issues. However, this time, the washer and dryer was gone. TV on bedroom was gone, thermostat didn’t work, so, it was hot whole time. We had to open all doors to cool unit off. Every year I have brought my son, and granddaughters, never a question asked. This year we done our traditional visit to Chatanoogas Enchanyed lights, had an amazing time, got back late, of course since it’s Christmas and it’s open until 9pm. We returned to unit, which we were on second floor, walls are paper thin, kids were laughing and talking about their night, when I receive a text from the host “Gary” telling us he had a complaint of children running and jumping. I have raised 4 children and NEVER allowed them to act like that. NO ONE was running nor jumping! I found it ridiculous when the host actually stated in his text we were annoying him. This place is supposed to be “child friendly” it is not. I will never come back after this experience. I have also told him this so I am fully expecting a bad “guest review” to balance our bad experiences with him this time. I also wouldn’t recommend staying here when your host is so picky that you can’t laugh or have a good time with him right above you. He was also really upset and accused us of allowing our children to run wild! Our 9 yr old was carrying her items to the room and simply got confused which door was ours. So sad that, that set the tone for his temper.

15th wedding anniversary

This beautiful condo was just the quick anniversary getaway that we needed. Ziplining, rock climbing, happy hemp, and amazing restaurants were on 15 minutes away. The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Waking up the view of the river was so peaceful. I made a big breakfast for us, and we sat on the deck to eat every morning. Check in was easy. The owners were there to help us find the right condo. I would say please list the condo number on the reservation, just in case you aren't there. The kayaks were right next to us. $40 rental for our entire stay. This was by far one of the best, most peaceful, go with the flow trips we've ever taken. Let me know if you're selling one of the condos. I would love to buy one from you, lol. Definitely eat at Scotty's on the river. Their food is divine! Don't keep looking! Get to booking! You won't regret it!

Beautiful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The scenery was fantastic. The condo was very clean and well laid out. We utilized both air mattresses in the property. One was in good shape, the other didn’t hold air. Even though there was only one bedroom there were plenty of places to put air mattresses to accommodate our family. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We enjoyed the views of the river and utilized the paddle board and kayaks from the rental next door. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and the bank. The upper-level deck on the dock was so relaxing and breath taking. We wished we had more time to stay and explore the river on the pontoon boats. Our check in process was super easy. The location was great, close to restaurants and stores. My only suggestion would be to add a few items to the kitchen, like a wire whisk, a spatula, mixing bowl, and a 9x13 pan. We are really hoping we can get the opportunity to come back!
