The surface promise a lot more than what you get
The hotel looks nice on the surface with a nice surrounding. The room was great as well. Whatâs lacking is the atmosphere which is non-existing. How on earth do you serve dinner on New Years with all the roof lights fully turned on? The staff is very nice but is lacking basic service, food and wine ...

Excellent service all around. Lots of things to keep the children busy in the lodge grounds. Breakfast was a little disappointing, clean and tidy rooms. Recommend the helicopter rides.
