Welcome to our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom period apartment with allocated parking in the heart of Cheltenham Town Centre at the end of a quiet dead-end road

Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of Cheltenham! This centrally located property features an allocated parking space and a private entrance. The cozy lounge includes a corner sofa (that can be made up into a double sofa bed for two guests) and TV, perfect for relaxing. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, under-counter fridge and freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a dining table for four. The main family bathroom has a shower over the bath, and there are two comfortable double bedrooms, with the main bedroom boasting an ensuite shower. Ideal for a convenient and comfortable stay in Cheltenham!

This home is private and is primarily set up as a two bedroom guest home with access via a key safe just outside.

- Crisp, white bed linen is provided along with 2 pillows per guest.

- Shower gel, hand soap and hand & body lotion is available in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided.
- We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights, please contact us for availability and pricing.
- Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins and we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the property is available. If you wish for a later check out, please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
- The apartment comes with 1 allocated parking space.

+Selby Lodge is located in a quiet apartment block with many residents nearby so out of respect for the local residents we have set quiet hours between 10pm and 7am where we kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum.
+Selby Lodge is strictly no smoking which does include the car park too.
+The max occupancy is 4 guests at Selby Lodge.

Fantastic stay. Great, spacious flat with everything you need and more. Perfectly situated in the centre of Cheltenham. Communication from Phil was outstanding. He was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. Would highly recommend.
