Cosy dog friendly self contained Annexe , near Cheltenham & Cotswolds

  • 1-2 person self catering ground floor annexe set in a peaceful 5 and half acre smallholding surrounded by countryside and farmland. With its own private enclosed garden and a hay field for dog exercise. There are views on a clear day of the Malvern Hills, Cleeve Hill, Leckhampton Hill, Crickley Hill and the famous Cheese Rolling Hill. Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Modern bathroom with a shower. A lovely, comfortable lounge/diner filled with natural light that looks out to the garden. From the living room, patio doors open up to the garden, patio, seating and BBQ area.
    A cosy bedroom with a king size bed and a view of the hay field. It's an ideal property for time away, visiting family or on business in the area with Cheltenham 4.5 miles, Cotswold nearby and M5 Motorway easily accessible.
    Access to the property is via a no through farm track and close to local amenities. We are on site to help if needed. On arrival the Annexe is accessed by key lock. A full information folder is in the property and a welcome pack to get you started.

    2 well behaved dogs welcome with additional pet fee. If booking via Expedia then please contact us so we are able to add this on to your booking.

We had a lovely couple of nights and will plan to return for longer. The annexe was perfect for our dog with a secure garden and field right outside, plus dog bowls, treats and a cooling mat all available which was a nice surprise. The annexe is really well equipped, comfortable and clean. It's also a great location for exploring the countryside and local towns. It's at the end of a very quiet lane but just a few mins from amenities and a short drive from both Gloucester and Cheltenham Town centres.

Holiday environment I could not have had a better time, the accommodation exceeds expectation.

The accommodation was exceptional, the property manager went over the top to ensure our stay was perfect. Everything you wanted and more was available I cannot recommend this highly enough 100% quality perfect place to stay and dog friendly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place.The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats, including snacks, orange juice, and milk.Karen and her husband were incredibly kind and friendly. I accidentally left my iPhone charger behind, and they kindly posted it back to me at their own expense. Their kindness and hospitality meant a lot to us.Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be very happy to stay here again in the future.

Great annex it a wonderfully peaceful location. Fantastic friendly host give a great welcome, very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing break. Nice welcome pack for us and are dog who was made very welcome with bowls and towels in case you needed them. Great to be able to walk out the door and into the country side. A perfect place to stay for a relaxing break or to explore the local area.

Fantastic little annexe

Everything you would want in a holiday stay...immaculately clean, well appointed and equipped, fantastic secure outside space for our dog, very easily accessible from the motorway and an easy drive to Cheltenham and other beautiful places in the Cotswolds. This is definitely one of the best places we've stayed in. the owners were lovely and on hand if we needed them, which we did not -they really had thought of everything to make the stay perfect.

We never had before such a tidy, nice furnished and comfortable holidayhome. So many gifts and very friendly owners Karen and Martin. We travel a lot, this was the best ever!

We had a wonderful stay in a very clean and exceptional annex. Karen and Martin were excellent host (our dogs loved them that much that they didn't want to leave). They made sure we had everyhing that we needed. We are definitely looking to return.

A great Annex in a great location. Perfect hosts that are on the doorstep to give out friendly advice if you want it but leave you alone to relax and enjoy your stay. The annex has everything in it you could need and more. Spotless clean. They even provided fans and a cool mat for the dog. The gazebo in the garden was also a nice thought. Very peaceful location but also has good access to the surrounding area to explore. Very nice welcome pack for the 2 legged and 4 legged guests. This was our second stay and hopefully won't be our last. We all had a great break in a fantastic place with first class host, thank you.

A little gem

Karen is such a wonderful host, she keeps the farm annex spotless. I've stayed here for three years now, and it still looks brand new. A perfect little getaway for a couple, and dog lovers. Very quiet, private location out in the Cotswold countryside.

Absolutely perfect, fully self contained accommodation. Fantastic location, out in the countryside while also not to far from the city, supermarkets etc. Karen and Martin were great, pleasant to meet in the first place, checking in a few times to check if anything was needed (fresh sheets or towels etc). Should i need to visit this area again checking if I can stay here again would be at the top of my priority list. Many thanks Karen and Martin for a great stay.

Beautiful, spacious property

We really enjoyed our stay at the Annexe. The property is well equipped, spotlessly clean, in a quiet, remote location. The owners went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, but allowing for early check in, late check out, providing a lovely welcome pack for us as well as our dog, and by checking in regularly (via text messages) to see if we needed anything. The garden is lovely and secure, the house is beautiful. I can't imagine a more perfect place for a short stay.
