“We booked as always the “Dog friendly ” Hotel and when we araived the dogs was not allowed in the room and we needed a new Hotel… You need to look at the definition “Dog Friendly” if the dog are allowed in one room and not in the rest of the Hotel is that is in my world not a Dig Friendly Hotel. Dogs allowed in some rooms but not in a dog owners world “Dog Friendly””

“Mycket trevligt hotell med bra rum och läge. Maten var väldigt bra, speciellt frukosten som var bäst hittills på vår rundresa i Cotswold. Det som drog ner betyget var vissa ur personalen. De verkade ointresserade av gästerna. Men frukostpersonalen var fantastiska, glada, lyhörda, vänliga och verkade gilla sitt jobb”

“Was not provided with an access code. When I managed to contact the property manager they claimed no personal information was forwarded to them, ie; phone number or email from Expedia. I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time. If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents. Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street ”

“Trevligt hotell dit vi gärna återvänder. Egen bil eller taxi behövs om man vill besöka Oxford stad men detta är en oas att bo på.”
