Spahotell i Cherokee

“We have stayed here may times over the years. They are very clean, well maintained, up to date. The staff is always extremely friendly. They are walking distance to many local shops and restaurants”

“Staff was rude, not helpful at all, had an attitude until the time we checked in until the time we checked out. Front desk person had no clue if they had lids for the ice buckets at first then turned around and said they don't provide them How nasty is that to not have something covering ice that goes into your mouth or something you want to drink I'm handicapped and need to take medicine twice a day with 6 oz of milk Every other hotel I have stayed in and no issue providing me that since they...

“Everything at this motel was good.”

“Rooms were clean except for a couple of hairs in the bathroom. Beds were so comfy that my husband and I took a pic of the mattress name so we can find one for home. Staff was great! Breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel...and we have stayed at many. The only problem was that you could hear through the walls a little. Not really a problem unless you get neighbors like we had that were screaming at each other as loudly as they could have possibly screamed for at least 30-40 minutes in the...

“Disappointing Stay – Bugs in the Hotel Room I was very disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. I found ladybugs and ants on the ceiling, floor, and curtains. I took several photos as evidence. Finding insects throughout the room was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I expected a clean, well-maintained room, but this experience fell short of my expectations. Hotel management should take pest control and room inspections more seriously. I would not recommend...

“The room we stayed in was recently renovated and still looked and smelled new. Decent warm breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was fully booked and there was not enough parking.”

“I think I answered all your questions.”

“Nice”

“Clean room, quiet, and rivet view.”

“There were quite a few bugs in the room some spiders and some roaches. The front desk was useless-I checked in around 5 pm and”

“We checked in late and was suppose to meet friends at 7:30 the next morning. We got up to shower and there was not 1 towel or washcloth anywhere in the room. The office did not open until 10:00 so no shower that morning! The staff was extremely rude. We had rented for 1 night. We checked in around 8:00 that afternoon. We told them that we might want to add another night. WE was told we better go ahead or it would be booked. We did. Then during the night we got a call of a death that we...

“Got checked in early. Beautiful view. Check in was wonderful.”

“Breakfast was disappointing. A muffin and some French toast with sweet sauce. Property was great. Beautiful place and rooms were very nice”

“Wonderful stay! Yummy breakfast and comfortable beds!”
