“Very nice bones to this old hotel but it is very drably decorated throughout - mostly brown and old-looking. No one seemed to be there, which is part of the problem. We wanted to get a late dinner and night cap but the restaurant, bar, and room service shut down at 9. Our view was of the side street - since no one was in the hotel it might have been nice to be put in one of the rooms with a view of the harbor. Good beds and towels, nice hair products, very clean.”

“The decor was nice and home. Abe the establishment was very clean.”

“Rooms were clean, bar located there but was so packed and loud music playing so we waited until later to go.”

“Elevator didn’t work well. Property cleanliness in question. Sketchy clientele. Very old, uncomfortable beds. We tried to go cheap and it backfired. You do get what you pay for so I guess as a silver lining the room was at the correct price point. ”

“the review at Best Western did good, clean and personal. Clean room did good job but missed one thing was when I drop dirty towels by door. maid did not bring clean the towels after dropping them off by door. Breakfast was good but need to add some breakfast.”

“D is for depressing, below average “DUBQUE” (misspelled on the front entrance banner) Inn & Suites. WAY overpriced.”

“We had a late arrival and had to call to gain access to the motel and the room.”

“The grout in the bathroom was crumbling apart so as I was getting ready in the morning my feet were getting full of grout pieces. Not great on the upkeep of the rooms”

“I had called the day before about needing one of my rooms to be a pet friendly room. They were not helpful so when we got to the hotel the next day they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms clean so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Also, I am a Comfort Choice hotel member and they wouldn’t help me get credit for the stay.”

“Clean property at a great price quiet rooms, comfortable bed. I would stay here again.”

“Property needs to be renovated and the outside needs some proper landscaping. Front desk was not there. Had to wait 5 minutes after dialing the number and ringing. Room clean and beds comfortable.”
